Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, there is a processing time of up to 3 business days (Excluding Pre-Orders), weekends and holidays. We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. 

For a seamless shopping experience and to guarantee that your package is correctly delivered to you in a timely manner, within the time frame stated above, ensure your address, phone number and email are correctly entered. We are not responsible for and incomplete/incorrect information. If an a package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit minus shipping fee.

Once an order has been placed, We can not edit or cancel transaction.
